Policies & Service Guidelines
At Montreal’s Top Notch Services, we believe professionalism and trust go hand in hand. Please review the policies below to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every booking.
1. Payment Policy
- Accepted Method: E-transfer only.
- Payment Due: Payment must be sent before the booking ends.
- Non-Compliance: Failure to send payment before service completion may result in cancellation of the agreement and future bookings.
- Send payments to: MontrealTopNotchServices@gmail.com.
- Please include your name and service date in the message field.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge.
- No-shows (no communication before the appointment) will be charged the full service amount.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Access & Safety
- Ensure a safe and accessible workspace before our team’s arrival.
- Have all cleaning products and equipment out and ready unless otherwise arranged.
- We are not liable for accidents or delays caused by unsafe environments or blocked access.
4. Quality Guarantee
- If any area is overlooked, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will gladly address it.
- Re-cleans apply only to the originally serviced areas.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All client information, addresses, and access details are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Our team maintains professional conduct, respect, and discretion in every home or business.
6. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to pause or terminate services in cases of nonpayment, unsafe work conditions, or policy violations.
- Clients may end services with 48 hours’ written notice.
